Unified Governance
The focus is on driving business efficiency through “unified governance” – this being the end objective of GRC (or should be!). Although Aiston Consulting recognises this is a huge task, industry must be wary of very large consultancies anxious to set up long and expensive contracts and yet not clear on what they are trying to achieve – is it unified GRC or unified governance?
