    • Platform - because it is used to support the operation of the organisation, and is referenced and changed by the many initiatives around the organisation.
  6. We use Netsurity iQSM with its dashboard as the auditing tool for gathering the metrics
  7. We use AirMagnet® analysis for the particular issues around security and quality of service of wireless networks.
  8. Finally we recognise that adoption of the business change throughout the organisation is key to its success.
